The Office of Party Affairs functions under the leadership of the university’s Party Committee. Its purpose is to fully implement the Party’s education policy and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the school’s operation by deepening the standardized construction of grass-roots party organizations, improving the ability and quality of the staff responsible for Party work, recruiting party members and conducting Party education management.
