The Office of Financial Affairs is a functional department responsible for financial work of the university. The Office is committed to the preparation of budget, financial reimbursement, accounting, fund settlement, asset management and other work by making and implementing the university’s financial rules and regulations. It plays the role as the safeguard for the development of various undertakings of the university.
