The Office of Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources is a functional department that works for the personnel management of the university. According to relevant policies and regulations issued by the national government, and provincial & municipal human resources and social security work, the office formulates scientific plans for organizing faculty and staffs in line with the development and construction objectives of the university. The office provides human support and intellectual security to build a high-level university through staffing verification, talent introduction, post deployment, professional title evaluation and employment, salary distribution, welfare security, archives service and other work.
