With the goal of stimulating teachers’ potential and improving teachers’ ability, the center constructs a service system based on teachers’ career growth by carrying out training, ideological and political curriculum construction, teaching competition, information & qualify improvement, educational technology support and resource platform construction, so as to promote an all-round development of teachers’ teaching and research ability and their overall qualities.
