Intro of Canteen
- Located in the South Building, Hibiscus Canteen is an internship restaurant carefully designed by the University for the major of Hotel Management. It is mainly engaged in Cantonese and Hong Kong cuisine and also integrates Chinese and Western cuisine. With the dining environment of starred hotels, the exquisite craftsmanship of Michelin chefs and the standardized service of students majoring in Hotel Management, Hibiscus Canteen has become a “hot restaurant” loved by students.
- Hibiscus Canteen will launch dishes in different seasons every month, including American fried beef steak, baked beef steak pasta with cheese, barbecued Sashimi with chopped pepper, black pepper veal, wine flavored braised meat, white seared lettuce, Nanyang curry chicken and Cantonese beef brisket pot. Each set meal is equipped with egg cake, vegetable salad and appetizers. The exquisite Chinese and Western set meals are not only a feast, but also a beautiful enjoyment!
- Dessert is a major feature of Hibiscus Canteen. Strawberry soufflé, lemon cheese, matcha red bean cake, blueberry cookies and mango tapioca pudding, these exquisite desserts made by the restaurant will fill you with happiness and sweetness!
