Intro of Canteen
- Phoenix Canteen is located in Chinese Parasol Community and at the foot of Phoenix Mountain. It is a comprehensive training base integrating catering and accommodation for the School of Hotel Management. The canteen has a spacious dining hall, indoor private rooms, water-reflection tea bar and open-air barbecue. The chef is the inheritor of the intangible culture of Liao cuisine. Here, you can taste the authentic flavor of Liao cuisine without leaving university.
- Stewed chicken with mushroom, stewed blood sausage with sauerkraut, stewed pork with vermicelli, stewed cabbage and tofu, fried pork in scoop, stir-fried three different vegetable, sliced pork liver, sliced pork intestines, snow cotton bean paste, braised deer tendon with scallion, shredded sweet potato, sliced tenderloin, red roasted prawns and other dishes show the characteristics and inheritance of northeast flavor.
- At the foot of the Phoenix Mountain, Chinese Parasol blooms. In the hot summer, three or five friends sit around for barbecue, drink wine and have tea by the pool, talk to each other, recall the grand scene of autumn hunting in Huangshan, and feel the vicissitudes of history.
