Fitness club cultivates students' hardworking quality, pursuit of perfect self-discipline spirit and persistent fitness habits. Students can learn the basic knowledge of equipment fitness, be familiar with the basic methods and essentials of equipment fitness, and master the fitness skills of using equipment to increase muscle and reduce fat through one-year activities, training and competitions, and obtain 2 credits after passing the examination.
Adhering to the training principle of "shaping beautiful bodies and pursuing healthy life", the club formulates a personalized fitness plan according to individual student's characteristics. It is committed to individualizing teaching content, diversifying teaching forms, emphasizing interest guidance, carrying out group teaching and graded examination, so that students can enjoy fun in activities, improve their ability in training and gain friendship in competitions. -
The club has 40 regular sports teams and 4 high-level sports teams, which can undertake the training task of 300 people each year. It has two venues: gym and spinning room, with more than 100 sets of fitness facilities. The strength area, aerobic training area and fixed equipment area are clearly divided, which provides good conditions for students to carry out diversified fitness and special training activities.

Fitness club instructor Zhang Yang, who graduated from Shenyang Sport University with the master degree, the lecturer, the professional fitness senior coach of China Bodybuilding Association, the national first-level athlete, the first-level referee, has led teams to participate in provincial and municipal fitness competitions many times and achieved excellent results.
Since its establishment, the fitness club has participated in national and provincial fitness competitions for many times. In 2016, it won the fourth place in the 13th National College Students' Fitness and Hip Beauty Open. In 2019, it won the third place in the "Jincheng" Cup Northeast Provinces Fitness Open. In 2020, it won the third place in the "Jianyuan" Cup Liaoning Province Fitness Championship. In 2021, it won the first place for men in the second "Jianyuan Feite" Cup Northern Bodybuilding and Fitness Rookie Competition, and the fourth place in the men's qualifying competition of DMS Champions League in China.
